Brightwalk is a community composed of single-family homes as well as 2 and 3-story townhomes in the up-and-coming North End neighborhood! Brightwalk was established in 2012 and built with great care by Standard Pacific and later Cal-Atlantic, the newest phase beginning May 2019 by David Weekly Homes. Homes in the neighborhood sell extremely quick and are consistently appreciating in value, ranging from the upper $200’s to the $400’s. As a part of the original Double Oaks neighborhood, now popularly coined as North End, Brightwalk has aimed to incorporate energy efficient building practices, as well as environmentally inspired artwork commissioned by the McColl Center. It’s also home to the Anita Stroud Park! View Brightwalk inventory below and contact neighborhood expert, Jessica Flinn about purchasing or selling in the neighborhood!
A few words from by Brightwalk clients…
Jessica was a breath of fresh air to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable within the industry and compassionate to find the right home that I was searching for in Brightwalk. I will be recommending her to others!
Jessica is wonderful! I am in China and she is able to take care of everything. I don’t need to be in Charlotte. I sold a home with her last year in Brightwalk within days on the market and she is now taking care of my new home. She is super responsible and honest. I highly recommend her!

About Camp North End
This rapidly growing community is now joined by Camp North End, which is the constant, on-going transformation of 75 acres of industrial use space into Charlotte’s hub for creativity and innovation, also known as the Smart District. The impressive compound was once home to production of the Ford model-T cars, missiles and later a Rite-Aid distribution center. Its new facade is that of a colorful event space known as the Boileryard which is a popular Friday-night hotspot. A few resident businesses in and surrounding Camp North End are Hex Coffee, Hygge Co-working, Noda Canteen, Goodyear Arts, Heist Brewery and Barrell Arts, and another Free Range Brewing location coming soon!
